Graphic design for event booth poster
I was commissioned to create the booth poster for a technical paper study presented at an international health conference.
This was interesting because it was one of my first projects handling technical data. The brief mentioned that I had to add pictures they provided, make it easy on the eyes, and look inviting so it would entice visitors to approach the booth.
The client relayed that the poster stood out as intended. During that time, conference booth posters weren’t given much effort compared to the presentation/paper, though this is understandable because finances would rather support the study after all.
I’m really happy that the client appreciates the effect of design in relaying thought, especially on fields that don’t normally give it a second thought.
